Watch our annual fireworks display set against the spectacular backdrop of traditional Thames Barges, or a popular drama performed in a tractor shed. Dance the night away in a WWI aerodrome hanger, listen to a world-class choir perform in an historic chapel, or camp like a castaway on beautiful Northey Island. Colourful regattas, beer festivals, country shows, the inspiring Saltmarsh75, and of course, the internationally renowned Mud Race, all have their home here!

The Latchingdon Arts & Drama Society present Show Hits 30th Anniversary, with a mixture of classic and modern musicals and variety acts. Performed by amateur actors, there will be two acts and a short interval during which refreshments will be available for purchase. The performance will take place at the Tractor Shed in Latchingdon.

The Maldon Oyster and Seafood Festival is the definitive showcase of Maldon's best restaurants, chefs and leading food & drink brands. Indulge in a range of complimentary activities including wine, gin and craft beer & ale tastings.


Daphne's Flight is made up of Chris While, Julie Matthews, Christine Collister, Helen Watson and Melanie Harrold. They are all accomplished, contemporary songwriters, musicians and renowned singers, who draw on their collective wealth of talent and varied styles. They cross topics and genres blending folk, blues, jazz and pop.
Explore the splendid world of Victorian Steampunk at the Museum of Power for a day of delightful diversions, incredible inventions and elegant eccentricity. Immerse yourself in a fantastical future as imagined by the past. There will be live music, burlesque, real ale, craft market and more.
The Floyd Effect are widely regarded as the most authentic Pink Floyd tribute band. This will be the full theatre show with lasers and projections, and will be loud! The venue will have unreserved seating at the back and side and there will be standing at the front. Bar, food, cakes & nibbles available.
An evening of well-crafted songs, entertaining stories and great humour from Huw Williams. He began his professional career as a singer songwriter and toured as part of the duo Huw and Tony Williams, and their songs were covered by many other artists in the USA and Europe.
