The Crouch Valley Festival of Food & Drink will take place on 20th & 21st July at Riverside Park in Burnham-on-Crouch. This free festival will celebrate the very best food and drink from local producers. There will be live music and entertainment, activities, competitions, family fun and of course plenty of tasty food and delicious drinks, all with stunning views of the Crouch Estuary.

Taste and learn about Wilkin & Sons Tiptree’s newest liqueurs. You will be guided through the complete range of Tiptree liqueurs. You will get the opportunity to learn about these products, how you can utilise them in cocktails as well as sample these tasty tipples.
SIGNATURE WINES

Enjoy a tutored wine tasting with Lucy from New Hall Vineyard, who will take you on a journey of sensory delight as you learn how to judge and taste wines. You will enjoy three award-winning wines including the legendary Bacchus, from the oldest plantation of vines in the UK.
SINGLE ESTATE

Sam Lonergan from Crouch Ridge Vineyard will share her passion and love of wine and the Crouch Valley countryside. You will experience a fun tutored wine tasting session for three of their fine wines, including one of Crouch Ridge Vineyard's award-winning Sparkling Wines.
HAVE YOU WIBBLED

Jim and Chris will introduce you to the delights of sampling a carefully chosen selection of ales from the award-winning Wibblers Brewery. You’ll experience a guided tour of five different styles of beer, ranging from a refreshing and distinctive lager to a dark, smooth stout.
Join us at our Taste Stage for a session with one of our local producers and experts who will guide you through their fine products. Lasting around half an hour these exclusive sessions will enable you to sample local food and drink just the way the producer intended.

Celebrate the range of award-winning food and drink producers from the local area at this family friendly event. The festival will focus on the growing prominence of the Crouch Valley vineyards and the strengthening of the English wine reputation. Local breweries will showcase their award-winning beers, ales and ciders along with other food and drink producers from the Dengie Peninsula and Maldon District.

Burnham-on-Crouch is well known for its events such as Burnham Week, one of the longest running annual regattas on UK mainland. This regattas culminates on Quay Day with pirate-themed family fun. Also worth visiting is Burnham Carnival, famous for its illuminated procession.
