Maldon Splash Park

This fantastic children's water park is located in the Valley at the centre of Promenade Park in Maldon. It is extremely popular throughout the season, and each session is restricted to a maximum of two hundred people to ensure that it does not get overcrowded and everyone can have their share of the fun. Within the Splash Park, there are numerous water features for the children to enjoy and it's a great way to cool down from the summer heat.

Unfortunately the Splash Park and Beach Huts will not be open this year and we are currently hoping to return for the 2021 season.

We have taken this very tough decision as we cannot yet open our doors and maintain social distancing & reduce transmission risk during the current Public Health situation.

We understand that this will be a disappointment to many of you who come to Promenade Park, as it is to us. However, we also know that you will understand this decision has been made with the best interests of keeping you, your children, and your loved ones safe.

We look forward to seeing you when the time is right, until then, stay safe!

Beach Huts in the Promenade Park, Maldon

The beach huts in the Promenade Park make excellent bases for the day and come equipped with a cupboard, deckchairs, internal lighting, as well as an electrical plug socket, so you can always bring a kettle with you to make a good cuppa. Located in the valley, with the Splash Park and Galleon, you can be right in the middle of the action in one of our eight beach huts.

Opened in 2015, the beach huts are gaining popularity every year with both residents and visitors alike. The beach huts are inspected and cleaned the morning prior to the booking to ensure that they are tidy for your arrival.

Unfortunately we are not taking any bookings for summer 2020 at the moment due to COVID-19. We will update this as soon as we can start taking bookings again!
