The Ferry Boat Inn

A 500-year-old Essex weather-boarded inn located next to yachting centres on River Crouch and Essex Wildlife Trust 600 acre farm. Single occupancy is £40 per room per night with continental breakfast included. A full English breakfast can be enjoyed for a £4.50 supplement. Double rooms are £60 per night and some of our chalets offer the option of a third bed for an extra £15.

The Ferry Boat Inn is ideally situated for long (or short) walks along the bank of the river Crouch a few minutes from the door of the pub. We are also close to the station with direct links to London Liverpool Street in one direction and connections to other villages in the other direction.

In the summer there is the garden and large conservatory to dine in whilst in the winter months the low beamed restaurant and bar with a roaring log fire are very inviting. Real ales and a large menu are available every day and night of the week.
