Hall Farm Cottages

Hall Farm Cottages are luxurious self-catering flats, constructed in 2005-06 from a Barn conversion offering ideal accommodation for anyone looking for self-catering in the Maldon area in Essex - whether for a holiday or for longer term accommodation as for a temporary work placement.

Hall Farm Cottages can also cater for large groups, e.g. Weddings or Birthdays Parties.

Hall Farm Cottages are on Crouch ridge Vineyard with spectacular views over the river crouch.

The family-run farm surrounds 'the cottages' and each unit has its own unique view of the River Crouch and surrounding countryside. It is a prime location for walks in the 9 hectares of woodland planted in 2002 by the River Crouch - home to an abundance of wildlife - or by the River Crouch, along the sea-wall where you will be kept entertained by sailing boats going up and down the river.

The Cottages

Every cottage has stunning views over the countryside Vineyards and River Crouch. The individually designed kitchens enable you to self-cater. Alternatively, Burnham-on-Crouch, only 3 miles away, offers a good selection of top-class restaurants.

One of the cottages has been designed for easy wheelchair access with wider doors, tiled floors and wet-room bathrooms.

Each one of our holiday 'cottages' has two bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room/lounge area and a bathroom with shower. There is also ample cupboard space.

All cottages are centrally heated and enjoy equal modern high standards of furnishings and facilities with fully fitted kitchens - dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. The lounge has a TV with DVD player and CD/Radio.

• Fresh linen and towels
• Iron and ironing-board
• Outside washing-line
• Outside seating and BBQ

There is ample parking space for cars with boats and trailers and there is also an area for hanging wet-weather gear.

We are now offering group bookings for all the cottages which take up to 16/20 and also wine tours as we have Crouch Ridge Vineyard on our farm so will be offering wine tastings and tours.
