The large loft room is on first floor and has a double bed and basic cooking facilities. It has its own private bathroom. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed, kettle and access to a ground floor shower room and toilet.

These rooms are for sole use of guests and the host does not enter them during your stay apart from using the ground floor toilet and washing machine in that room.

Host lives on site.

There is ample parking on the front driveway and the property is protected by cctv.

The house is central to the lovely historic village and directly next door to Goldhanger village hall.

Just 2 minutes walk to The Chequers Pub and 5 minutes walk to sea wall.

Ideal for visitors to sailing clubs or who enjoy walking, bird watching, bell ringing or who want to explore the area.
