Queen Victoria

Spital Road,

The Queen Victoria has been a local public house in Maldon since it opened its doors in 1845. The pub has always been a keen favourite amongst locals, with one regular in the early days walking to the Queen Victoria from Woodham Mortimer on 'account of the good beer'! The Queen Victoria serves traditional food to suit all tastes. All meals are prepared and cooked to order to ensure quality and a perfect dining experience. Lunch menu boasts traditional British dishes like Ploughmans, Omelettes, Jacket Potatos, Platters to Share, Salads, Filled Yorkshire Puddings, Sandwiches and Light Bites.
The main menu has a varied selection of appetisers, main courses from traditional home-made suet puddings and Wibbler's steak and ale pies to fish, vegetarian and grill options. As well as the Sunday roast selection and special boards including locally sourced ingredients.
Table reservation are advisable and private functions and group bookings catered for.
