A group of re-enactors dressed as Napoleonic era soldiers

Crouch Ridge Estate welcomes you to experience a Napoleonic battle set against the stunning Dengie Coastline.

Imagine the scene, a French transport ship has run aground in the Crouch Estuary during a bad storm. The ship was carrying troops for the Spanish Camapaign along with a special passenger... Napoleon himself!

The troops must save their emporor and return safely to France. Can they salvage their wrecked vessel before the English Army surround them?

Watch the battle unfold and see whether Napoleon can smuggle some award winning English wine back with him!
