HAUS is the latest addition to the Maldon dining scene, offering seasonal menus with small plates of locally sourced, fresh British foods for the whole table to enjoy. The restaurant sources its fresh ingredients only from suppliers and other small businesses based locally - mostly no further than the Maldon District itself, so no matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season.
Led by co-founder and executive chef Hannah Milsom, who has a prestigious background in catering to the royal family, HAUS offers a constantly changing menu of creative small plates, made with high-quality, often organic ingredients, that can also be paired with HAUS handcrafted cocktails.
