About

Dengie is the UK's leading grower and producer of Alfalfa, which is used in the production of high quality animal feeds. Alfalfa provides high levels of digestible fibre - an excellent source of slow release energy and naturally occurring vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. An official Royal Warrant Holder, for supplying Her Majesty The Queen with food for her horses, the company produces a number of different feeds for all kinds of horses, ponies and foals. Alfa-A is its original alfalfa feed with a molasses coating, but the extensive range also includes pure alfalfa pellets, Alfa-A Oil, Alfa-A Molasses Free and a variety of specialist products to suit different dietary needs.

As well as horse feed, Dengie also makes food that is suitable for cows, goats, sheep, alpacas and chickens, and bedding for poultry. See the website for stockists or for online ordering and delivery.
