The Warren Estate has a number of flexible room options to host any social or business event. With two well equipped kitchens and a team of highly skilled chefs, we have the capacity to cater for intimate dinners for a few to delicious buffets for many. We also have two bars and a cafe for your everyday use and enjoyment.
The Rose Barn
Transformed into a party or conference venue The Rose Barn is simply stunning. We can deliver on atmosphere, ambience and acoustics, with a bar, lounge and function suite carefully designed to host any event. Completing the facilities are beautiful terraced gardens, with all available for exclusive hire.
The Oak Room
This pretty and intimate room can accommodate a dining or party style event, and is fully equipped for hosting business meetings. With a traditional styling, the room boasts period features and far reaching countryside views over The Warren Estate.
Bunsay Tea Room
The tea room at Bunsay is lovely for morning coffee or afternoon tea. It is family friendly with a children's menu and adventure play equipment, meaning little ones can happily work off some energy. Available for private hire and ideal for small groups looking for an accessible, affordable space to dine, party or meet.
Freddies Bar & Cafe
Located within the clubhouse for The Warren Golf Club, Freddies Bar & Cafe is an informal and friendly place to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and lighter treats. With a quirky sloping floor, contemporary bar and large TV screens, Freddies blends the traditional and modern into a lovely bar and cafe experience. Fully open to estate guests and general public with no dress restriction.
Bunsay Bar
The bar at Bunsay has been designed in keeping with its natural woodland surroundings but with a modern twist which complements its busy charm and character. Large flat screen televisions have been installed to ensure you never miss a tournament or game, and the bar has a delightful outside eating area with lovely views.
