About

Master butchers in Maldon High St since 1928, Ansell & Sons is a meat and game specialist. Its meat, game and poultry produce ranges are primarily locally sourced from Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk farms, as well as direct from Smithfield Market in London. All the sausages are hand-made on site to unique family recipes.

As well as fresh meat products you can also find seasonal flavoured homemade pies and beef wellingtons from local bespoke catering company Gather & Feast, marinated and oven ready meal solutions including chicken Kiev, spatchcocked whole chickens, kebabs, ribs and stews, and local eggs, chutneys, cooked meats, cheese and condiments.

Ansell & Sons has a new online shop and offers free local delivery to most CM9 postcodes and further afield for a small delivery charge.
