Experience the pleasure and excitement of sailing on a historic Thames sailing barge.

The Thames Sailing Barge Trust, a registered charity which owns the sailing barges Pudge and Centaur, and which is run solely by volunteers, offer the opportunity to sail to various locations around the Thames Estuary, along with half and full day sailing trips.

You can book half and full day trips along with cruises which last between two and three days, or charter a barge for your own use.

Our sailing season is between May and October. Half-day, Full-day and weekend trips are priced individually and charter prices depend on the length and time of the charter. For full details visit our website www.bargetrust.org

Guide Prices

The Trust is a charity and although we charge for sailing trips which are booked in advance. if we open the barge for viewing we do not charge but welcome donations to wards covering our costs
