The Cookery School at Braxted Park, near Witham in Essex, combines a stunning location with award-winning chefs and a diverse range of cookery courses and experiences to suit all abilities. Our cookery experiences are full days and include expert tuition, all ingredients, recipe folder and complimentary apron. Classes include Moroccan Feast, French Patisserie, Indian Street Food and Artisan Bread. We also offer seasonal classes showcasing local Essex produce and producers. Our most popular local culinary experience is The Essex Coastline, Seasonal Fish & Shellfish; a celebration of the wonderful array of fish and shellfish caught off the Essex Coastline.
