Melodies for Memories poster

About

Melodies for Memories is a monthly sing-along activity for people living with dementia and their carers, hosted by the Maldon United Reformed Church.

The event aims to promote wellbeing and happiness through music, as familiar songs can unlock memories and emotions.

Led by pianist and singing group leader Richard Maison, the participants can enjoy a variety of songs, including carols during the festive season.

The event is free and open to anyone who wants to join in. It takes place on the first Tuesday of the month, from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm, at the church hall on Market Hill.

For more information, visit the church website or contact maldondistrictdfc.enquiry@gmail.com.

Melodies for Memories is a wonderful opportunity to experience the magic of music and connect with others in a friendly and supportive environment.
