Author of Wildlife of Maldon: The Natural History of a Riverside Town John Buchanan gives an illustrated talk exploring the wide variety of habitats and the different species to be discovered in the area, from butterflies to seals, with a particular focus on birds. For the past 20 years, John Buchanan has been one of a small band of local naturalists who have been busily recording (and photographing) the wildlife to be found around our town.
