The walks are really good and take you down to the sea wall and past important bird sanctuaries and famous salt marshes.
Tollesbury has a lively Marina with fishing trips and a salt water & sand play area for children - it is a just 10 minute walk through the fields to get to.
Downstairs there are two cosy sitting rooms both with log fires, as well as a cosy dining room and a conservatory which makes the perfect setting for a glass of wine to accompany the stunning sunsets.
There is also a spacious and well equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and a convenient downstairs loo. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one has a King size bed and the other a Super King which can be divided into a twin bed.
There is a comfortable day bed nestled in the open ‘Suffolk Landing’ bedroom, this open room also has a single truckle bed which can be made up to accommodate an extra child.
All bedrooms have a quaint arched mansard roof.
You can sleep 5 people in 3 bedrooms - a double bedroom, a twin or double bedroom and a single in the open 'Suffolk Landing' bedroom.
You can add an extra single in the 'Suffolk Landing' by using the 'truckle bed' but we would suggest that it is probably best used for a child
