Enjoy a fun new fitness class for new mums at Maldon's beautiful Promenade Park. New outdoor Buggy Bootcamp classes start on Friday 5 May at 10am. Begin your postnatal fitness journey in a fun, friendly atmosphere with other mums and babies/toddlers. Classes taught by a qualified prenatal and postnatal personal trainer. Would you like to make more mummy friends? Have you been finding it a struggle to find the time and motivation to stay active? And when you find the time are you unsure of what exercises are safe for you during pregnancy or post baby?
Buggy Bootcamp offers the chance to get fit, tone up and most importantly strengthen up areas of the body that have been weakened during pregnancy in the safest way possible, while having some fun.
Sessions must be pre-booked, please call to discuss how soon after birth you can resume exercise.
