Sailing Experience Days, skippered by an experienced Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Instructor aboard a 24ft Dufour Drakkar sailing boat,are ideal for groups of up to seven people – at least one of whom must be an adult – including children from ages seven plus. 

Set sail on a spacious modern sailing boat; perfect for small groups of any ability.  The centre's enthusiastic instructors will show you the ropes, or you can take a seat and enjoy the picture-perfect panoramic estuary views. A sensational experience for all.

Trips from Bradwell go to Hythe Quay where you can disembark to enjoy lunch at a local pub or restaurant, order a prepared picnic through Essex Outdoors or bring your own. Crabbing lines and bait are provided and you may be able tostop at secret beaches in the afternoon, tides permitting. Lifejackets must be worn.

Bradwell Centre for Outdoor Learning is well-recognised as one of the leading providers of sailing courses in the south east.. It has also recently earned a Learning Outside The Classroom 'Quality Badge' in recognition of it's high-quality service.
