Art on the Quay

About

The Burnham-on-Crouch art trail is an annual event that showcases local creative talent, featuring the works of painters, sculptors, photographers and makers.

The Trail showcases the vibrant visual arts scene centred around beautiful Burnham-on-Crouch. Artists and makers are looking forward to sharing their work over the nine days, when local shops and businesses display artworks and studios open their doors to guests throughout the town of Burnham-on-Crouch.

Burnham-on-Crouch is easily reached by train, bus, ferry or car. It is a popular spot for sailing enthusiasts, birdwatchers and countryside lovers.

The trail shows a wealth of artistic talent drawn from South East Essex. From skilled amateurs to award winning professionals, the trail covers the full gamut of visual arts; painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture, ceramics, textiles and jewellery. All venues are free to enter, with no obligation to buy.

Art on the Quay, celebration of the visual arts on both Sundays of the Trail where a range of artists demonstrate their skills and sell their work. To add to the lively atmosphere the Potato Badgers will kindly provide tradition music. Look out for our unmissable pink gazebos.

As a special bonus, Art on the Quay will be providing lively art focussed free events for all to enjoy on both Sunday's of the trail.
