Spring Awakening Retreat

As spring breathes life back into the land, we'll explore the powerful symbolism of rebirth and renewal within ourselves.

The experienced individuals leading the sessions will be creating a calm and positive space for you to relax and unwind in throughout the day. Use the time to concentreate on your inner-self whilst socialising and meeting new people between sessions and over lunch.

Half Day Retreat Includes:

11:30 Breathe & Flow with sound
12:30 Vegan Lunch
13:30 Yoga Workshop
14:45 Rave Hour – Movement is Medicine

We look forward to seeing you there!
