An area of grassland featuring a birch copse and an allotment area. The allotment area is managed by Maldon Town Council who can be contacted on 01621 857373. A cycleway runs through the middle of the site providing largely traffic free links to Promenade Park, Blackwater Leisure Centre, West Maldon Recreation Group and Maldon Wick. There are also a number of buildings which are leased to various charities.
